Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Not be damaged, washed, or altered
  • Have proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
